Cotswold Area Music Makers
The Cotswold Area Music Makers aim to provide a wide range of playing opportunities for instrumentalists of all ages and playing abilities.
The Cotswold Area Community Orchestra (CACO) is our flagship group.
This group is aimed at adults and children of approx. Gr3+ standard. It is a traditional orchestra in its instrumentation but with the comfort of knowing you are not the only one on your part. Rehearsals are from 7.30 til 9pm on Wednesday evenings at Selsley Scout Hut.
CACO take part in a number of concerts throughout each year, performing a wide range of music. Current repertoire is centred around music for film. Examples include music from Dances with Wolves, Lord of the Rings and Polar Express

We currently have spaces for players of all orchestral instruments, except for clarinets which is currently a full section. New members are welcome to come and try out the orchestra for two weeks before committing to paid membership. If you would like more details, do get in touch.
